The Historic Tennessee Theatre is home to the Knoxville Symphony, Knoxville Opera, and Broadway at the Tennessee series, in addition to hosting touring musicians, bands, and shows.

Two blocks down the street is the Bijou Theater, which plays host to film festivals, musical acts, and special events.

The Knoxville Museum of Art recently completed a $6 million renovation. The 53,200 square-foot museum hosts 60,000 visitors a year and is open six days a week with free admission.
